*express-minify* (unannounced) EOL

Noticed that express-minify GH repo is archived atm.

Possible suitable replacements (note plural inclusive):

• https://github.com/coderaiser/minify
• https://github.com/coderaiser/node-mollify (FAIL on our usage so far)

Since this is critical to the entire OUJS ecosystem... I'll try get around to this hopefully before the GH changes. This also affects minification. terser has a few issues atm but that's what these packages currently utilize. So get to re-design the same wheel over again. :\
