[Bug] Hot Reload problem

I don't know if it's a bug
I modified the cfg file with Notepad and saved it without any problems,
But after I modified and saved it with vscode, the hot reload failed

I think the issue may be related to the way vs code handles files.
The mod may be trying to read the file before vs code releases its lock on it.

Did the game crash after throwing that error?

The game does not crash, but later changes will not work

OH , I've found that hot reloads fail whenever there's an error
log file: Latest.log

cfg file: SelectiveEffects.txt .txt -> .cfg

For example, after DisableFever = test, an exception is thrown

This also invalidates Hot Reload，but the game didn't crash

Yeah, thats from melonloader so I had decided to keep like that.
Idk if I should override that behaviour...
I'll keep this issue open to do some research on this
