Issues with Dynamic Battery Storage/System Control on KSP v12.1.5

I'm getting repeated error messages in my KSP.log from DBS, and the UI is unresponsive within the game:

This issue repeats constantly in the KSP Console.

I've enabled the debug logging modes in the DynamicBatteryStorageSettings.cfg, but can't see where it logs these.
