deltarune/text: add per-character dialogue option

Would be useful for filtering/searching for dialogue from a specific character (e.g. Ralsei, Susie, etc), not sure if this would be possible with the current format though.

I've been working on this. The bottleneck is tagging every line of text in a giant spreadsheet:

Chapter 1 is fully tagged. When I'm done replaying chapter 2 I'll get started on the rest.

For the format I think I'll add another selection box like the ones for language and chapter. In the long term I'd like to put labels next to the messages but I need to implement lazy loading first or it'll make the page even heavier than it already is.

It would be great if you can share the spreadsheet of ch1. I'm going to use it as reference for developing my translation mod

Notes:

• Unused text is labeled unused but there are probably false positives and false negatives. Cross-reference with https://tcrf.net if unsure.
• Text that chapter 2 inherits from chapter 1 is labeled carryover if it's still accessible in-game and prevchap if not.
  • Sometimes these have the same translation key in both chapters and sometimes they don't. Sometimes the same translation key is used for different text in different chapters. So watch out.
  • Sometimes a translation key isn't used at all.
• Labels are all over the place for item names and menus and other things that are neither clearly character speech nor narration, I'm not 100% sure yet how I want to handle these and kept changing my mind.
• If you decompile the game with UTMT you can find the locations of translation keys in https://github.com/HushBugger/hushbugger.github.io/blob/master/deltarune/text/sourcemap.json. The src links in the screenshot have values like =HYPERLINK("vscode://file/home/hushbugger/deltarune/2/CodeEntries/gml_Object_obj_savepoint_Other_10.gml:15", "src") so I can control+click to see them in context. UPDATE: Might be easiest to plug translation keys into the code search of https://code.deltarune.wiki, or click the source code icon next to messages in the text dump.

(The ETA for chapters 3 & 4 is far off by the way, there are other things I want to do first.)
