I believe them to be...

• Free: 5 GB storage, 1 core, 2 threads, 1 GB memory
• Medium: 10 GB storage, 1 core, 2 threads, 2 GB memory
• High: 20 GB storage, 4 cores, 8 threads, 4 GB memory

But I'm not entirely certain.

I selected the "content issue" issue type.

Note: I personally don't consider it a documentation "bug". It's not incorrect information but I believe the content could be improved with this information.

Looks like "Content Request" is maybe a better issue type for this in the future. It has "content" and "enhancement" labels. I'll make sure to be more careful on issue selection.
