beta settings cloud_sql_instance with tcp and port return error

and using the tcp version

<INSTANCE_CONNECTION_NAME>=tcp:<TCP_PORT>

Returned

Illegal cloud sql instance name

I gave up and use Heroku instead.

I have the same problem. It seems the string fails a regex here:

It's sad to see something like this is not fixed after so much time.
