Is the csv upload function working?

Hi @briansongdev,

I noticed that you have implemented a function to upload CSV files.

I guess the convert function is based on a code in the ABCtoolbox. I tried to upload an example csv file (abc_example_input.csv) but it did not work. Did I upload a file with the wrong format? Or has this still not been fully implemented? Please let me know.

Hi Aki, I tested it and it looks like the backend is logging this as an error, specifically that "python3 cannot be found" in the container that spins up the frontend build. It's weird, because in the Dockerfile (that I had just created intentionally to resolve this issue), I explicitly specify for Python3 to be installed before spinning up the service. You can take a look at the latest few commits and see if you have any leads on this - the code python3 -v even works correctly in the build logs.

I'll keep thinking about it the next few days, but I'm not sure right now if it's just an issue with how Cloud Run packages the Python3 distro that the Dockerfile installs (does it leave it out, maybe?) or if it's another issue.

Hi @charliehuizenga, For this feature, I thought it might be sufficient to simply add a "Create input JSON file" button to the Excel workbook (see the image below), since users need to open the Excel file anyway when entering time-series data. This way, the web interface can focus solely on handling JSON input files. What do you think?
