[BUG] PredCRD not found

Describe the bug

"sh: PredCRD" command not found when running NiChart_Project MLScore module locally. In stalled PredCDR manually and it worked after that.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install NiChart_Project locally
2. Run sMRI pipeline (DLMUSE and MLScore)
3. See error

• OS: RELH 8.10

Thank you for the issue report! I think we missed the part in the updated installation steps about installing PredCRD. We will review this as part of the next release cycle which should be happening this month.
