Help:Trying to setup agora ai for a hackathon prject and remote user is not able to connect

I have setup the project lcally i am able to run the server on port 8080
i am even joining from the cloud demo provided in the docs to test if the user is able to join

in the browser console i can see it connected .It even shows connected when the terminal is closed?

but in the terminal console logs i dont see user joining and it just times out witherror
can you guys help

is there a client sdk for the openairealtimeintegration which i need to setup

@dishit7 you will need a user to join from client via the cloud demo, and let agent join the same channel so that you can interact with the agent. if no user joins for 15 secs the agent will quit

Hey guys , I think I have the same problem . The agent is at connection state 2 and cant seem to join . Are there any project settings that needs to be configured in the console .

Any help will be appreciated . Thanks
